2009 will be an exciting year for Mayflower.  We hope to continue our growth with a goal of over 100 new members in 2009.  We have full time members and also seasonal members.  Seasonal members are people who wish to keep their membership with up north while being an active part of Mayflower.   Many of the people you see on Sundays are seasonal members.

One of the goals of this year is to continue to inform the congregation of the mission opportunities that are available at Mayflower.  We have selected ministries to focus on this year and they are Youth Haven, Care Ministry, Costa Rica, Christian Education, Bargain Outlet, and local schools.  If you would like to find out how to volunteer in one of these area just contact Vicki in the church office.

We continue with our mission to Lighthouse Congregational UCC which is the new church we formed along with the Florida Conference located just off   Immokalee Road.  Worship began in November and we have had a strong beginning.  You can find more information about Lighthouse by going to lighthousenaples.com
